Dear Mr. Smith, My name is Haki Nguyen and I am your next door neighbour. I am writing this letter to express my concerns about your pet dogs that are quite unfriendly and hostile in nature and we need a proper solution for this matter. To begin with, the dogs are particularly aggressive and bark incessantly at bystanders. Last Sunday, my children were playing in the backyard of our house and the dogs abruptly tried to intimidate them. Thanks to the fence in between, my children could manage to get back home safely. In light of the above incident, I think it is important for us to address the poor condition of the fence. The fence is in fundamental need of repair. So I propose that a new iron fence be erected that can act as an effective barrier to keep everybody safe, including the dogs. Finally, I would suggest that we split the associated installation cost of the new fence which would be beneficial for both the families.
