Hi Emeka, Thanks for offering to assist me in finding a house in Victoria Island. When this transfer came, I felt miserable and needed someone who lives within the city and understands it very well to guide me. You came like an angel you have always been, and proposed to take this burden off me completely. I am indeed very grateful to you. My new office is at 72 Ademola Street and I would love to live within a walking distance of twenty minutes from this address. Also, I would love areas with good electricity and water supply, and having made my research, Zenith Bank Road and Kings Street fit these requirements. In addition, I have had experience living in a compound with two many tenants and would want that no more. My preference is for an apartment with no more than six flats within the compound. The building must have adequate security and will be safety compliant too. The apartment should have two or three bedroom with two exit doors - one in the kitchen and another in the living room. I am also constrained by budget and will love something within two million naira, inclusive of all charges. Emi, once again, thank you for this act of true friendship and please, contact me once you go for inspection so we can discuss. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Yours friend, Chinedu.
