Dear Jacob, I hope this letter finds you in good health. I want to thank you for taking the responsibility of looking after my house during my vacations in Bali. I am sure that you will easily handle all the household tasks without any inconvenience. I am writing to inform you about some of the chores that you need to take care of while i am away. i want to tell you that if you need to contact me for any reason then please don' t hesitate to ring me on my mobile. Ive written my phone number on a notepad which is placed on the dining table. currently i am staying at The Lavina Bali Resort but if i changed my hotel, i will definitely inform you about the situation. Otherwise, you can also text me on whatsapp or make a call on skype. i also want to mention to feed my dog twice in a day in his feeding bowl which you will effortlessly find in the upper drawer next to the refrigerator. Also, don' t forget to check the throughout the day that he has fresh water in his bowl. I would like you to take care of my plants too by watering them. while, the indoor ones in the lounge only need water once in a week, the plants on the balcony require to irrigate daily unless there has been heavy rainfall. Finally, please don' t forget to clear my mailbox every day for security purpose and turn on the outside lights when its dark.
