I am writing this letter to inform you about my stay to attend an ' English and homestay program' in your country. My name is Lavanya Kapoor and I am studying mass media and communication diploma at Delhi University. I will be your guest for ten days and I am keen to learn English from native speakers like you. Well, this would be the first time I would visit any other country. Therefore, I would like to know the climate conditions in your country so that I can pack my luggage accordingly. Moreover, It would be great If you could spare a few minutes to suggest some informative websites that truly describe the culture of the UK. At the same time, I am feeling excited to meet you all. My flight from India to the UK will land on 17th June at 6 in the evening. It would probably take me an hour to reach your place.
