Dear Sir, I am Balzhan Issakhanova, the president of local Toastmasters Club. I am writing with request to place an announcement in your newspaper about our new club in Istanbul to raise awareness about the club, get the maximum participation and support. Toastmasters International is a non-profit organization that empowers individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders. By attending bi-weekly meetings Toastmasters members can improve their speaking and leadership skills in a supportive atmosphere. In addition, it is a great opportunity to improve English as meetings are conducted in English and attended by people from different countries. The first meeting is on 6th of November 2018 at 7. 00 pm and the consecutive meetings will be held on every first and third Tuesdays of the month at the same time.
