Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction based on the recent items purchases from the newyork supermarket on the 20th Jan 2017.
Firstly, being a patron of this supermarket, I always prefer to buy all the necessary items from here, Until the product I recently purchased on 20th January turned out to be a complete disaster for me.
Secondly, I bought some accessories for my laptop and mobile phone from your store. Upon unboxing, I found them they are defective because I can' t hear the sound from the earphones and the charger proved to be useless because of its inability to charge my laptop.
Thirdly, I expect you to either kindly replace the defective products or compensate me for the same. I would advise you to repeal and replace the defective items to avoid any unavoidable circumstances in the future.
