While I have found all the facilities of your airline company satisfactory, Thus far, I wish to lodge a complain about the return flight number 98324 on 21st July which had delayed for 1 day. this demeanor caused considerable inconvenience, not a mere to myself but also to my employers, as I was due to commence work again the following day. Actually it almost costs my job. Your company brochure, which motivated me to choose this airline, indicated any delay on flights would be recompense. Given this fact that this foul-up occurred without any customers announcement was entirely the fault of your airline, I feel that a compensation in the form of a complimentary ticket of the same distance would be warranted.
