Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding the rented car that I obtained from your office 3 days ago. On 23 December, I rented a Toyota Corolla car, and I was told that it was in a perfect condition. Your representative assured me that the air conditioning had just been repaired, which I needed the most since I was travelling in a long trip with my family members. At first, it worked perfectly; however, after about 75 km it started to shut off. Actually, the weather was extremely hot which caused a great inconvenience to all of us, my children in particular. As a result, my younger son has suffered from an asthma attack and has been receiving a condensed course of medication till the moment. Since the fault was from your side, and as per your rental policy, I am entitled to ask for a full refund; moreover, I would request a compensation discount during my next trip with your agency.
