I am writing this letter to inform you that I was travelling from New Delhi to Bangalore in flight no. AI320 on March 6th, 2019 and was seated at 32B. I forgot one of my luggage’s which is a Blue colour sky bag and my name is engraved in the black colour, italic format on the top panel of the bag.
The bag carries important documents such as my passport and some very important official documents. To elucidate, I was travelling to attend a business conference and I have made all the necessary notes that have been kept in the stated bag. Since I was appointed to attend this seminar with huge responsibility owing to a reason that it can be a huge profitable deal for our company.
Requesting your good self to kindly help me in locating the bag as this is a matter of prestige for your airlines as well. However, I have already logged a complaint in your customer care department but I would personally request you to look into the same and revert positively.
