Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to complain about an item which I bought online from your website. The purchase was made on the 13th of September, Receipt Number is LO86F09. Your company is incredibly credible about the quality of products they keep, great customer service and at the door delivery in the shortest period of time. However, recently I ordered an exclusive gown for my sister as her wedding gift. Which was delivered yesterday, upon opening, I was gob-smacked. The item totally did not match the description, quality is extremely cheap, colors are nasty, and the belt is missing. As dress description differs and secondly, it does not worth an enormous amount of money I paid, I want to either replace it with shoes and some accessories I have chosen, or I want you to return my money back.
