Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction for the mid-night cab service provided by your organization. A few days back on the 4th October my car had gone for servicing due to which I had decided to use your transport services as they are very reliable and cost effective. However, I was startled when a sat inside the cab. Firstly, it was a mini car at a price of a sedan. The interiors were not maintained and even worst was that the car lock was not working. Also, the seat was full of stains and the driver was not co-operative. Unfortunately, due to all these issues I could not reach my destination on time. Hence, I would like to advice that there should be soft skills training provided to your drivers. Furthermore, each taxi should have a feedback form which would help your company to evaluate the problems and resolve it. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours faithfully, Jessica Ayri
