I am writing this letter to bring into your notice about consignment that is not delivered yet.
On 20 th April, I had purchased 4 air conditioners of brand Daikin from your establishment. The invoice number is ' ER67YHU' that amounts to 152000 Rs including delivery charges. These were supposed to be delivered on or before 25 April. However, I received a text message today that delivery will be delayed now. When I tracked the conignment from shipping partner I came to know that there is technical fault in vehicle due to which shipment would fail to reach on time.
These units are purchased for my new saloon and I had planned to get it live on 5th May. Moreover, invitations are already sent and there is no chance to postpone it. Hence, I am requesting you to align your technical team to provide early installation. Because during purchase it was informed that installation can take 5-6 businees days, once delivered and pre installation is the only way to overcome the logistics delay. Other than this, I can also install it locally if the charges could be reimbursed.
I hope you will give due consideration to this letter and may take a prompt action for this inconvenience.
