Dear Sir, Hope you’re doing well. I am writing this letter to you regarding an urgent matter of I’ve lost while I was on holiday. My luggage has valuable items like: - A Rolex watch, - Some clothes and, - Mobile Phone While boarding the bus for travelling to the airport, a thief snatched the luggage from me. I have been in discussion with the nearby police station and explained them about the incident. They have already lodged the FIR against the thief and provided me with the copy of that FIR document.
