I am writing this letter to apprise you that I am one of your premium customer and took travel insurance from your company before departure. Unfortunately, I have lost my laptop during my recent visit to Singapore and need your help with the claim settlement.
As I understand, all my valuable items were covered for any damage or loss during my journey. This is latest HP Laptop that I purchased last month and have copy of invoice to give you as reference proof. Most probably, I forgot this at the famous United cafe near the airport after my meeting with potential customer. I was getting late for my flight and may be forgot to pickup laptop bag in hurry.
Please note I have contacted the cafe and they have confirmed that their ground staff has not received any laptop bag. I would request you to please start the tracking process at the earliest. Also, as per the process if Laptop is not found in 10 days then claim needs to be processed.
