Nowadays cars are become very popular, almost every people owned it. Earlier it was considered to be an luxury but today people see cars as a necessary addition to their life. As a result number of cars on the roads are increasing steeply, which actually creating some other issues. In order to change this increasing trend some people suggests that strict road tolls should be levied on busy roads. I completely agree with this statement. first, we should have to look in to the negative effect of this scenario. cars or in other words motor vehicles are creating so many problems. The main concern is related to it' s pollution aspect, cars are emitting carbon dioxide since they are using fossil fuels for it' s functioning. Although there are other alternatives are available majority of the motor cars on the roads are running on fossil fuels. This carbon dioxide is seriously polluting our air, as a result most of the metropolitan cities are facing this issue because of the sheer number of cars on the roads of these cities. Moreover, these vehicles are also creating sound pollution too. People are completed annoyed by the unnecessary honking and running sound of these vehicles. Furthermore, because of this huge density of vehicles there are always traffic jams and this definitely leads to loss of productive man hours in the roads. currently it is quite common that people are being stuck in the busy roads for hours helplessly. To tackle the issues created by these motor cars authorities around the world are introducing different methods. one of the popular practice is that, imposing tolls on the busy roads. which means people who use their vehicles on these busy roads should pay some fixed amount of money as usage fees. This will force people to think twice whether to use their own cars on such roads or to rely on public transport on such places. This method is proven to be successful in number countries like Singapore and USA. To conclude, large car population is the one of the major problems faced by the almost all the countries around the world. They are imposing new rules and practices to force people to withdraw their cars from the busy roads. so that they can ensure environment friendly condition on the roads.
