Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction on the negligence in the task of repairing the road by the municipal authority workers. My name is Prabhpreet Kaur working as a Senior Manager in HSBC Bank and resident of New Friends Colony residing in House Number 27 for the past 13 years. Last month, due to heavy rains the road in the front of my house was damaged. There is a big pothole in the middle of the road. During rains the pothole is filled with water making it difficult for driving cars. Moreover, many children have got hurt while riding the bicycle and also the water logging becomes the home of mosquitoes causing many diseases I would suggest you to take immediate actions and send a team of efficient workers for repairing the damaged road as soon as possible so that not only there are no casualties but also to avoid people from suffering several health issues I hope you will get the issue resolved immediately.
