Dear Sir II am writing this letter to express my utter annoyance with staff of fly Jet Airways. I I was travelling to Manali from Amritsar flight number MH1685 and my seat number 12C. The flight time was 10: 30 AM from the airport. The facilities provided in aeroplane Was fine but I did not like the behaviour of some staff members. After 20 minutes of flight I called us to your word to get food and I told him to bring vegetarian food only. Halfway through my meal, I bit into what turned out to be a chicken bone the presence of bone was totally jarring as i am vegetarian. I showed this to one of the staff members but he just ignored my complaint and showed reckless behaviour, which was totally ridiculous act of them. I am completely disappointed with the service of your employees. I believe that you would refund my half ticket price and take strict action against team members for their unprofessional behaviour.
