Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction regarding your food and services that we received on September 25. We had an advanced booking for 7: 00 pm, and we were there at 6: 55 pm.
When we were at your restaurant, nobody came to us to know about our requirements. After 15 minutes, I went to the counter and talked about our booking. Afterward, the counter person called one waiter. She took us to our seats. However, the seats are comfortable for only 4 peoples, but I booked for 5. I complain about the seats to the waiter, however, nobody gives any reactions.
After 30 minutes another guy came to take the order, we ordered authentic Italian pizza and french wine. The waiter took a long time to get our order. The wine we got is so test-less and it is very different than what we thought and the pizza is also burned a bit more. Besides, the bill we got also included the service charges. I complain about this to the cashier, but he told me that is the company policy.
At last, I would like to suggest you investigate this kind of situation in your restaurant. Also, it is better to organize professional and ethics training for your employees. I also like to provide compensation for me regarding your services for that evening.
