Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my interest on a course offered by your institution. I read about the course on a pamphlet issued by your start for which a basic course' s completion certificate is mandatory. I have not completed any course about computing till now. But I would like to gain knowledge about computing and statistics. Though i did not finish an elementary course, I have many certificates which i have obtained in my lower classes and these certificates vindicate my knowledge in computing. Despite i studied in a remote village in my home country, I have acquired much information about computers both in theoretical as well as in practical aspects. I very well know that an elementary course outweighs the certificates and knowledge i have gained. The course offered by your organisation may seek a job for me in my future. Would you please exempt me from completing a preliminary course? Perhaps, this will fetch me an admission for the computer class.
