I am writing this letter to bring to your notice that your bus that shuttles between Aka road and Abak road at a service route for residents in Power City Estate has really been disappointing us for the past two weeks.
It is with great displeasure that I bring to your notice the tension and delay your transportation system had caused me. For over two weeks, it is annoying that your driver arrives the bus stop very late. Not only that, every morning, he will never cease to stop by the filling station to buy fuel, which ends up spending quality time on a spot because the queue is always unspeakable early hours of the day. There are ways this challenge can be managed in order to provide quality service to the people. Little carelessness of the driver and destroy the reputation other transport company has not been able to attend. Firstly, I will advise that there should be an attendance book at the bus stop for the drive to sign his arrival and departure date that will keep him in check. Secondly, your drivers should learn to fill the vehicle’s tanks in the night against the next morning to ensure her passengers are early at work.
