Hey Jery, I am writing to give you some information about the flat so your residence there will be convenient. As we planned I will leave on 23/03/2019 at 8 pm and come back on 22/04/2019. Thus, please come about half an hour before my departure so I can show you the flat. The address is the Third Floor, 23 Sherwood street. I need you to give some water to the plants every three days and also make sure that the temperature inside is about 20-degree centigrade all the time. If it falls or raises more than 2 degrees, the plants will die immediately. These are the most important things you need to remember. In case of any issue, please call Jaky, the maintenance man at 2358430 or go to his home on the first floor.
