Dear Mr Mark,
I am writing this letter to seek your attention regarding a very concerning issue that I and my family faced last night during our visit to your hotel. First let me tell you that I am very fond of the traditional food that is the specialty of your hotel. I was the one who convinced and encouraged my family to have at least one meal at your restaurant as ambiance and taste that I used to had, was phenomenal.
We were there at your restaurant at 08: 00PM and we ordered soup and prawn as starter and three of your Chef specials from main menu. Initially all was going smooth, soup was great as usual and so were the prawns. We were anxiously waiting for the main course as we were expecting that as good as starter was. But to our surprise, food served to us was totally bland in taste and was stale as well. Upon asking, the server started arguing and misbehaving with us and we were asked to pay for that rotten food.
I have no issues in paying the bill but the way your staff behaved with me and my family, left us speechless and turn us from promoter to detractor for this beautiful food place. I urge you to take necessary action against the staff and immediately conduct their training on behavioral aspects as it is essential in service industry. Hope to get some ears to my complaint.
