Dear Sir/Madam, This is in relation to the advertisement that posted in “Times of India” newspaper dated 21st May 2016. This advertisement was for the Supervisor position for the event this weekend. My name is XYZ and is having experience in hospitality industry as I was a Guest Relation Associate. I am a management student majoring up in Operational Management from Mumbai University. I am waiting for my final year results, as I have last month. During my studies in the University, I used to work part time in a renowned Hotel as a Guest Relation Associate. Here my duties were to manage the reception area and adhere to the issues the customer would address. This job helped me to sharpen my skills like managing staffs, interacting with customer, cater to the needs to the needs of the customer and lastly ensure the customer have a good experience by providing prompt services. I have been working in this position for the past 2 years and have got good experience in the hospitality industry. Therefore, I could be an ideal candidate for this position.
