The given histogram highlights the information about the whole world population had shown by 4 countries: India, China, USA and japan, from 1950 to 2000, and estimated population in the year 2050. It is calibrated in per centum. It can be seen that, in the year 1950, China had the highest population in comparison to other three nations, which were over a quarter. Despite of minute fall in the population of china, in the year 2000, still it had peak population in the world. In addition to this, it is estimated that the population of china will reach approximately 19% by 2050. Moreover, population of Japan remained the lowest in the century from 1950 to 2050. Moving further, India had showed opposing trend to china as population of India is 15%, which was considerably lower than china. However, population rose minutely to 19% and is expected to have highest population in the world. Apart from all this, population of USA falled from 10% to 8% from 1950 to 2000 and it is predicted that population will be steady in the year 2050. Overall, it is evident that china lead in population for first half of century, but India will over come it in the other half of century.
