Dear Mr. Singh, I am writing to you request that you allow me to pay house rent later in this month. I have been your tenant from last one year. Since then i have always paid my dues on time. However, this time around the company in which i am working has hold up everyone' s salary this month due to some mismatch in their financial records. Everyone is so agitated as salary is their main source of income. After the meeting between employees union and management it has been mutually decided that finances would be cleared by the end of the month. I can assure you that as soon as my salary is credited i will pay you but not later than 30th of September. I apologize to you for any inconvenience caused by me.
