The line chart illustrates the number of crimes occurring in the inner city for nine years, stated in 2003. It can be seen that the burglaries' intrusion into the house had observed a downward tendency during the investigation time frame while car theft and robbery still maintained relatively consistent during the study period although there are some fluctuations. In 2003, the number of burglaries breaking into the house was the highest in the three groups. It was nearly 3000 cases. This figure rapidly peaked about 3700 occurrences in 2004 before plummeting to more than 1000 cases after four years. In the rest of the period, it was still unchanging, oscillated around 1500 cases. In the early stage of car thefts recording, nearly 3500 cases exist and then declined in 2002 and 2006. The remainder of the phase had experienced a gradual increase in car theft, so at the end of the period, it got on top, marked the number of crimes was highest in 2012. Similarly, the robberies also fluctuated slightly, but never exceeded 1000 cases.
