Overall, it is clearly seen that, the highest percentage of households which had internet access was urban area during the period. In addition to the that, people living in provinces had a web-enabled increased until the whole years.
In the beginning of the time slot, (in 1999) while approximately 15% civic had an internet access. In 2000, the per cent of accessing of internet in town remained twice as high as in 1999 with 30%. Despite the dramatic rose in the last 3 years, the number of users increased significantly until the 2004.
On the other hand, less than 3% rural used internet in 1999. Over the next 5 years, internet access in rural families continued to increase considerably. Between 2000 and 2004, the proportion of rural users grew from almost 5% to nearly 35%.
