The line chart compares the number of questions sent by various types of media namely in person, letter or email, telephone in a country from January to June in the year 2011. The most striking feature is that the number of inquiries sent by an individual recorded a significant change. In addition, receiving in person and telephone saw an upward trend in the number of questions, the one in letter or email dropped during the time surveyed. In the first month of 2011. The number of inquiries sent by cell phone was highest, at over 800 questions. Furthermore, more questions sent by letter or email than by individual with under 800 questions and more than 400 questions respectively. The period between January and June witnessed a dramatic growth in the numbers of inquiries in person and telephone and reached its peaks at above 1200 questions and 1000 questions respectively. In contrast, the figure for letter and email felt gradually to under 600 questions in April and it then continuously dropped to its bottom at nearly 400 inquiries in June.
