The bar diagram illustrates the comparison of the birth rate in India, Thailand, Mexico, Somalia, and Spain between 1970 and 2000. Overall, it is apparent that at the beginning of he given period India had the highest birth rate by per woman, at the end of the period Somalia takes the lead in child birth rate. In 1970, in India, a woman gave birth average 5 children, while the woman of Thailand gave birth less than 5 children. The child birth rate in Mexico and Somalia by per woman was around 3. In Spain average less than 3 children were born of a woman, which is lower than among five countries. Over 30 years later, the child birth rate of Somalian women were increased to more than an average 3, which is higher than the previous record. The considerable amount of reduction in birth rate was observed in India and Thailand, which was 3 and less than 2 respectively. One noticeable point is that the birth rate of Mexico remained constant.
