Overall, it can be clearly seen that the higher number of people visited to the museum after refurbishment compared to before refurbishment. In addition, a significant number of people were ' very dissatisfied' before refurbishment; whereas, it was " satisfied" after refurbishment. Total 74, 000 people visited at the Ashdown museum during the year before refurbishment. At that time, the greatest number of people were " dissatisfied" and it was 40 people, while, 30 people were " satisfied" . Moreover, the number of people, who were very satisfied and very dissatisfied was 15 and 10 people respectively. Only 5 people were not responded in the survey. On the other hand, 92, 000 people visited to the museum during the year after refurbishment.
