Respected Sir/Madam, I intend to write this letter to you to seek your support. We have been shifted to this town recently. Previously we were living at Cheetham Hill town in Manchester and moved to this area due to my husband’s job posting. My son is 12 years of age and he was in standard 7 when we moved. I request you to enroll my son to your school in 7th standard. I understand that is mid-year and admissions are closed, but it would be very kind of you to accommodate. Due to our unplanned and sudden shifting, my son will suffer and his one year will be wasted. I assure you that my son will adjust in class very quickly as he is not only very good in academics but also a school athlete. He used to be a school football captain and would like to continue playing in your school as well. I have heard of your school’s reputation and positive reviews of parents and it would be honor for me if you accommodate my son. I shall be very grateful to you for this. Looking forward to your positive response. Yours faithfully, Samantha
