Dear Sir, I am a regular patron at your bank for the last couple of years. I am writing to complain about a cheque book which was ordered by me last month. First of all, I want you to know that I have been operating a chequing account since 2014. Last month, I have visited at your bank and fulfill all the requirements to get a cheque book and one of your employees told me that you would receive it within two weeks via mail. But unfortunately, I have not received such book till now. Moreover, it has been a month since I requested it. Due to this, I usually face a lot of problems to make financial transactions which are related to my business sector. Given the circumstances, My humble request is that please make an inquiry about an aforesaid matter and send me a new cheque book at the earliest possible. I am eagerly waiting for your reply.
