According to posted information, the cell phone is supposedly able to provide list unread messages and miss calls, in which user could choose any one to reply. However, it did not work like that. Specifically, only the latest one is displayed on the screen. As the result, I lost almost my historic incoming messages and miss calls so that I could not answer them. I am very disappointed about your two-year-warranty product with publicly disclosed false functions on Internet. Due to the difference between the product I bought and that advertised on your website. I would like to return it and propose a full refund via credit card I had purchased.
