Actually, I need cheque book routinely for payments to my clients. Before 2 weeks I have requested for the new one on the online portal of bank. The service request number is AAA2345. The fifteen days were gone; however, still I have not received either new cheque book or any response from your side, that surprised me a lot. Kindly share with me an approximately time till what I will receive it, so that I can communicate with my customers accordingly. I would appreciate if you could take a prompt measure to solve this pending issue since long time. if it takes longer time, then please arrange to send a cheque book without my name printed on cheque as I need it on urgent base.
