Dear John, I an writing with context to my stay at your hotel ' Lilo' last weekend. When I came back, I recalled I left my bag in the hotel room. I stayed in room number 102, 5th floor, on the 1st and 2nd of September 2018. The bag which I left is a medium-sized one, brown in color with two side pockets and a big zip on the front. It contains some items such as my family pictures, few of my accessories and most importantly my cupboard keys. I would be really obliged if you could send it to my residential address through courier. You can furnish all my details from the reception computer software as entry was done when I checked in your respective hotel. Moreover, let me know if any further information is required from my end. Looking forward to receive my bag at the earliest. Thanking you in advance. Yours faithfully, Nick
