Dear Sir, I have been attending your morning advanced English class since April’2018 and I must acknowledge that with your able guidance, I not only learned a lot but also got inquisitiveness to know more on English literature. I am writing this letter to inform you that I shall not be able to continue the classes any more. In March’2018, I applied for warehouse supervisor and interview was done on 15th April’2018 at London. In last week, I was given a call by HR manager, confirming about my selection for post and I was also requested to join as early as possible because company wanted to extend the operation in midland very aggressively. Though, my posting is in Nottingham area, I would have to go far from city near to highway road, thereby, I would start around 7: 00 am morning. As a result, it would not be feasible for me to complete the class each day. Even coming to class in morning could be a challenge as I would not get time to ready for office and cook my breakfast. Therefore, I have decided to discontinue the class and concentrate on job which I have been searching after completion of my post graduate degree. I would not ask for any fee refund, though I expect that fee could be reserved at your end and if I get opportunity in future to join your class, it should be adjusted. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Yours Sincerely RAMA
