Dear Saad, I am writing this letter to ask for your help in setting up the mandatory equipment for my presentation next week in the main conference room. As you are aware that I just came from the recruitment trip after one week so, I have to give a presentation to the management about the outcome of the tour such as how many candidates we hired, total interview conducted, and rejections.
