Dear sir, Writing this letter to inform you about card number 11253489 was not contain in that envelope, which I received from postman as on 30/12/2019, but the letter was attached with that. A parcel on 30/12/2019 had been delivered by delivery boy. That is received by my mate. When I came back from the office she handed over me that envelop without consisting card and the envelop was also torn from the bottom. As I opt the Short message service of the bank and pay it for monthly direct from the account. I applied for credit card 15 days ago. On 20/12/2019 I received an official message from bank that above said card number has issued under my name and will be received by end of the month with consisted a letter of card personal identification number. Now, I want to know what are the consequences which will be faced by me due to the loss of card. Is there any possibility that someone can misuse that card and the liability of that card will belong to me. Kindly block that card, so that I can escape from any financial loss.
