To the management of the Djicala, I am a regular patron of your online shopping website and am writing to you regarding the impaired product which I received for the third time last week. Allow me to elaborate on my situation. Last week, I bought a learning French DVDs from your company. As usual, I received this by your regular post. However, when I opened it, I realized that there is a crack on that. I spoke to one of your supportive staff then they changed it after two days. But, unfortunately, when I came to use it, I noticed they sent me the wrong one in this time. I rang again and explained that this is an intermediate level while I requested an advanced one. Finally, they resent me other DVDs which were not French courses. This, as I am sure you can understand, is intolerable. Thus, I expect immediate refund as I do not need those DVDs anymore. Also, I anticipate you to reprimand the members of your team responsible for allowing such an oversight to happen.
