As a result, my family and I cannot watched online movies, download files and search informations for school and work purposes, like we used to. In addition, we used internet to connect to our family away from home and that is our only way to keep in touch to our loved ones. Now, we can not do all of those things due to this inconvenience. Your company knows that with these issues you need to give us credits for the days that we are unable to use our internet service. Also, I dont want to change provider, so I recommend that your company should resolve this issue as soon as possible.
