Dear Sir, I am one of your best regular customer and I writing this letter to show my disappointment regarding my Gas bill amount which has been overcharged. I have received bill online and checked the details and totally I have messed up with this. The amount of bill is showing INR 1500 and total units are indicating 600. I can assure you that this not at all possible because I have noted last month units which given by you and I have calculated now current month units, It' ' s pointing out that only 445 units only which I have used for last quarter. Even though, I have checked with my neighbours and my land lord, they were saying that delivery executive came on 04th September and has taken unit values but unfortunately that day I have been gone for a business trip and came on 05th September in order to this there is no possibilities made units as well because I have locked my out side grill gate and meter box with in the gate. I therefore, request you to reconsider the bill and retake the proper bill and please send me the revised gas bill so that I can pay the actual amount. Yours Sincerely, DACH
