Dear Smith,
The purpose of writing this letter is to express my willingness to work in the head office in Auckland, New Zealand for the next six months.
As you are aware that I am doing MBA to enhance my management skills for my present job. As a requirement of the course, I need to attend the training module in Auckland during weekends for a period of 6 months.
At present, I am occupied with only two projects and fortunately one the client is also from New Zealand. I will have an opportunity to meet the owner and try to grab a few more projects from them.
The other project is an internal one which can be handled by Rauf as he agreed to help me.
I request you to kindly allow me to work there and make necessary arrangements with head office for a smooth transition. This is a good opportunity for me to bring more business to the company and this training will improve my caliber which in turn will be beneficial for the company.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Jack Ryan
