Dear Sir, I am a student of "Business Management" a part-time in your institute. The main endeavour of writing this letter is to inform you that I am unable to continue the course in this term due to my office work assignment. Please allow me to explain it briefly. I am doing full-time job in Infosys in city, Toronto but, recently my company has opened a new branch in Vancouver which is 200 km away from there. Due to this, my company shifted some of the employees to that location and they promoted me HR Manager there. So it is quite difficult to travel daily such long distance. Moreover, my job requires more work and time as well, therefore, I want to hold this subject for the next session. I am gathering the information, whether I can move permanently to Toronto for the future enhancement. So I will try to do my best to provide the justifications to my management to allow me to work from the current location. Somehow I wanted to complete the lectures for my carrier enhancement, so I am sure to travel back to home and join the studies again. However, my priority is to continue with my job to run my life without any interruption and concern my family too. I hope you understand my situation and I wish to join the course again in the upcoming term. So could you please adjust my current payment to the next session if possible. If it is not practicable for you then refund my money. I look forward to hear from you.
