For instance, many developed nations such as USA, Canada and in many other countries provide a handsome package to the doctors and teachers, because they know the real value of this professions.
Another striking benefit in this regard is that, the healthcare employees work in odd hours or even in dangerous situations such as at a time of epidemic, therefore there will also be a threat to their lives. Hence it is mandatory to pay them at the contribute towards the welfare of the respective community.
