In recent years, opinions have been divided as to whether government should allocate funds for public libraries or replace these by machinery applicants. From my perspective, library should never be disregarded by our society. There is little room for doubt that public libraries provide students with ideal places to study. Since the environment here is quiet and tranquil, pupils can be more concentrated on their work. In addition to this, learners may recognize that others are working really hard, thus create motivation for them in studying. While providing that they use computer for their investigation, they may get distracted by either messages or social media A recent research in Vietnam has shown that students have a tendency to accomplish their tasks quicker and better while learning in libraries. Therefore, doing analysis in libraries is more efficient, in comparison with doing via automation devices. It is evident that libraries also furnish people with accurate information. Although data on the internet is endless, most of it has not been confirmed, thus these knowledge sometimes is untrustworthy. Whereas books in libraries are usually recommended by professors with expertise, these books can be more reliable. Another fact to take into account is that here there are librarians, learners can consult them to find appropriate genres of books they need. In a recent survey in Korea, students who do analysis in libraries tend to perform better in presentation than those making use of automation devices due to their lexical knowledge founded in libraries’ books. Thereby, computers can not replace libraries even they serve the same facilities. In conclusion, even the proliferation of machinery appears significant, public libraries cannot be deciphered or replaced by because of their unique features and benefits.
