It is believed by some that the best way to ameliorate road safety is by lessening the maximum speed limit on automobiles, however, others think there are more excellent ways to do this. In my opinion, I completely disagree with the former, because there a plethora of methods that can be adopted such as installation of speed bumps on roads to upgrade road safety. Certain people opine that the best technique to upgrade highway safety is by decreasing the utmost speed limit, this is because they assume that reduction of the speed limit will lower the amount of road mishap that occur annually. For instance, the end of the year chart by the safety Corp, illustrated that road traffic accident in Lagos municipal reduced by 35% after the installation of a speed breaker device in commercial vehicles. This shows how effective the method is to upscale road safety. Conversely, other people believe there are multiple ways road safeness can be improved and I completely agree. A fraction of the many ways road safety can be improved include the construction of speed bumps. This in turn will serve as a physical speed breaker. Because, due to the size of the bump, drivers will be compelled to reduce their speed while approaching the bump. In addition, it is a measure that has been put to practical use and it has yielded positive results. In conclusion, while people may vary in their opinion, I believe that there are plenty ways to upscale road safety and construction of speed  bumps is one of the multiple ways.
