Recently, migration became more and more eminent due to some reasons ranging from terrorism in motherland to expensive daily life. When raising number of migrants decided to expatriate from their homeland to another country, they wonder whether to accept local culture or to hold dear their national cultural heritage by founding their own minority community or even autonomy. In most cases migrants in the beginning of new life in different country experience some issues with merging into another society, its culture and traditions. It would be optimal solution if group of migrants starts adapting to a new society by learning official language of a country they have migrated in order to not being discriminated or treated less than local citizens. Additionally, they should adjust to dissimilar conditions and work together with locals to gain a great deal of life experience. Nevertheless, founding a minority community could be optimum solution to preserve their own endemic customs. By living with selfsame citizenry, they can adapt to unlike commonwealth gradually which will not lead to missing motherland. Following this further, creating a minority can attract indigenous people and other migrated nationalities to their motherland, however we must keep in mind that it is extremely responsible duty because locals will judge any country as a whole by representative migrants living in their own country.
