Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter in regards to a feedback I received during the recent visit to your hotel. Our company had organised an all-day meeting at your hotel and there are some things which I would like to bring it to your notice. Firstly, all the participants liked the ambience of the restaurant, the internal decoration with all the flowers that had a soothing effect on all of us. They also added, the reception from the staff members and the infrastructure that was provided, including the audio quality, the projector screen was top notch and requires a special mention. My staff were very much unhappy about the food that was being served. They told me that the food quality was not up to the mark, the taste being just okay. They even gave a feedback that sometimes they had to wait for a longer time for a particular dish being served and at times food being cold. This made them really feel bad. With all the feedback I received, I would like to suggest you to work on the quality of the food by hiring a few experts with great experience in a particular cuisine, thereby the quality as well as the taste of the food increases. Moving forward, please make sure that your staff keeps a constant check on the food being served and that there should not be any delay.
