Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter with regard to the unavailability of a parking area for bicycles near the building premises. I am a resident of this building for the past 9 years, and my apartment number is A-27. Since my work is in downtown I have to commute through different modes in order to reach my office. Moreover, this had become extremely tedious, and also expensive. Therefore, I have instigated to travel to my office through cycles as it more efficient and convenient for me. Furthermore, in the midst of this I hardly got time to engross myself in any physical activity. Hence, for instance, this would also act as an extra curricula activity in my schedule which is beneficial for my physical health as well. However, it has come to my attention that there is no parking stand for bicycles in the entire building. Moreover, many owners who have a bicycle, either park it on the footpath or besides any other vehicles. Additionally, due to lack of safety many complain of theft and damage. Similarly, the cycles parked along side other automobiles also tend to damage it from scratches and dents. Overall, I would kindly request you provide a space for parking cycles. If I may, there have a few suggestions, for example, installing a parking stand near our building would be appreciated, also the space besides the main gate of the building can be utilized for it to be installed.
