The given line graph depicts the information about the average house prices of sold and on the market prices. Where the data represents fluctuations in both on the market and sold houses in year 2005 since the month of july to december. This is clear from the data which shows a steppe decline in the average price of on the market from $340, 000 to $330, 000 and then $320, 000 in the months of July, august and september respectively. However, if we see the prices of sold houses had not shown much of increase but a decrease was little higher as compared to the trend of on the market property with an increase of $500, 000 but showed steady decline and dropped upto $290, 000. Further more, there was no facts to be presented in the month of september to october in the year 2005 for sold houses, on the contrary there was a huge inclining trend to be observed with the jump of $100, 000 in the prices of on the market. By the time of last two months from the data mentioned sold houses gradually showed up with the increase by $150, 000 in the same there was sloppy decline on the market. To sum up, the trend of prices of the property showed a gradual increase in both trends but showed a fluctuation in further few months till december.
